A household kitchen app: calendar, meals, lists, fridge and event photos, optional FrinAI voice. One household at a time. Not medical software, not a school platform, not a public social network.

You must be 18+ to create a household, join as an adult, or pay. Children may have a profile (first name, food notes) with no account. An adult in the household is responsible for that profile. No accounts for children under 13.

Public signup may stay closed. Invites are for people you know. We may refuse a class, club, company, or scrape-farm kitchen.

Sign-in: email magic link / recovery and passkeys. A password may exist only while we migrate a household. Kids do not log in. Keep the email working.

Register and revoke passkeys in Settings → Devices. Do not publish invite codes. You are responsible for an unlocked phone with Frintake open.

Adults in the household can see that kitchen. The owner invites adults, manages the plan, and can ask us to delete the household.

You own your notes and lists. You give us a licence only to host, encrypt, back up, and show them inside that household.

No illegal content, no other people’s private papers, no sexual content involving minors.

Google / Outlook Connect is optional. Default import is busy-only for others. Write-back is off until you turn it on.

Not per person. Kids do not pay. A second kitchen is a second plan.

Free monthly caps (shown in Settings; unused quota does not roll): FrinAI voice 5 minutes; photos sent for AI (fridge, event flyer, similar) 5; Find a recipe 20; up to 5 people. Calendar read / ICS may be included; write-back is Pro.

Pro (price in the store / Settings; listed as €9.99/month until we publish another price): FrinAI voice 50 minutes; AI photos 40; Find unlimited; up to 10 people; write-back when you enable it.

Fair use: one live FrinAI call per household. The product may also limit how many calls run at once across all kitchens (“FrinAI is busy”). Hard stop when the monthly cap is used.

FREE. We may change Free features, quotas, or withdraw Free at any time, including immediately, by updating the app and/or Settings. We do not owe you a Free quota forever.

PRO. You pay through Google Play (or another store we enable). Their rules apply to charges, VAT, refunds, and cancellation. Cancel in the store; Pro continues until the period already paid.

We may change the Pro price or what Pro includes. If we RAISE the price or MATERIALLY CUT Pro features you already pay for, we give at least one (1) month’s notice in the app and/or email before it applies to that household. In that notice month you may cancel and keep Pro until the paid period ends.

Adding features, bug fixes, or higher quotas need no waiting period. Launch prices can expire. A higher renewal price uses the same one-month notice.

We do not refund inside the app. Refunds follow the store and consumer law.

FrinAI and fridge / flyer reading can miss or invent items. Not a doctor, dietitian, or allergen lab. You check labels. You can use the kitchen without FrinAI or scan.

Audio and scan images go to our AI vendor (see Privacy Policy).

No breaking into another household, no public invites for that, no scraping FrinAI or vision, no reselling one Pro across kitchens, no spam or malware. We may suspend a household that does this.

We try to stay up. We do not promise a percentage. Voice, vision, email, and store outages can happen while the rest of the kitchen still works.

https://frintake.com/privacy. If these terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on data protection, the Privacy Policy wins on that point.

The Frintake name, design, and app are ours. You get a personal right to use it for your household, not the source code (except open-source parts under their licences).

To the extent Finnish and EU consumer law allow: we are not liable for a missed dinner, a missed event, or an AI misread; not for indirect loss; paid-household liability is capped at Pro fees that household paid in the last 12 months.

We do not limit liability that Finnish law forbids limiting (including intent, and death/injury from negligence). Consumers keep the Consumer Protection Act.

You may stop and ask us to delete the kitchen (owner). We may close unused, abusive, or unlawful households.

Cancelling Pro does not delete the household; it returns to Free caps unless you also ask for deletion. Backups age out as in the Privacy Policy.

Play (or other store) terms apply to payment and refunds. A Play purchase binds to one Frintake household we attach it to, not every kitchen on that Google account.

A change that materially reduces rights of a paying Pro household follows the one-month notice in §6.

Keep using the app after the date = you accept. Or cancel Pro and stop.
